Scrum Roles – A brief introduction

Scrum roles consist of the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team. The Product Owner manages the product backlog and prioritizes tasks to maximize ROI. The Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum process, removes obstacles, and ensures the team adheres to Scrum principles. The Development Team is responsible for delivering increments of the product during each Sprint, working collaboratively and self-organizing to meet goals effectively. Together, these roles form a cohesive Scrum team focused on delivering value.
